Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

We are unable to cancel an order once the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Customers only pay shipping costs once (this includes return shipping). No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method or credit card within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds can often take several days to appear.

Please contact our customer service team at service@spanishtp.com to obtain the return address.

If the return is requested by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific fee will depend on the express courier company selected.

If the products are damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, the customer will not be required to cover the shipping costs.
