These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“Purchase Terms”) govern your purchases of products and services available through spanishtp.com/ (“Company Pages” or “Pages”). The Company Pages are operated by spanishtp.com (“the Company”).
Your use of the Company Pages and these terms is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY PAGES, YOU AGREE TO THESE PURCHASE TERMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION CLAIMS AS DESCRIBED IN THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION.

The Company also reserves the right to take steps, at its discretion, to verify your identity before processing your order.
The Company will not charge you or will refund any fees for orders that we do not process or cancel.

This includes changes made after an order has been submitted, confirmed, shipped, or received, unless prohibited by law.

If a product or service offered on the Company Pages does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with these Purchase Terms.

This feature allows you to view product pricing information and add items to your shopping cart without opening the product page.
The quick-view feature and “Add to Cart” function are provided solely for your convenience.
The product page provides more detailed information about the product, including its origin, features, and pricing.
Pricing Information

However, we cannot guarantee that all prices are completely accurate.
The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, not to process or cancel an order for a product or service where the price has been incorrectly displayed due to an error.

Product and Service Availability
The Company Pages may contain information regarding product availability.
This information is used to estimate the likelihood that a product will be shipped shortly after your order is placed.
The estimated delivery date to your destination address is approximately 30 days or less after successful payment.
This may vary due to stock availability, weather conditions, carrier transit times, destination address, and other factors.
Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that a product listed as “in stock” will be shipped immediately, as inventory levels may change significantly from day to day.
In rare cases, a product or service may be available when a customer places an order but become unavailable when the Company attempts to process the order.
If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email.
Out-of-stock service offers are generally no longer available.
If the Company discovers that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be removed from your order.
The Company will notify you by email and remove the product from the Company Pages.
